Refund & Cancellation Policy
All Payment will be in advance.
If the customer chooses to cancel the appointment/service he will be entitled to a 100% refund on pending services/appointments
No refund is Applicable in the case of packages with applied coupon codes. For example: if you have booked a Physiotherapy for 5 days package worth 3500 in lesser amount by applying coupan code, you will not be entitled for refund for pending services.
Minimum TAT for cancelling an visit/appointment is 3 Hrs. Customer should inform the company at least 3 Hrs prior for cancellation of visit/appointment, if he/she fails to do so, the visit/appointment will be counted and you will be charged for the same.
Customers & Company can cancel the package with a 24 hours Pre-intimation to our customer support centre or by dropping an e-mail at info@docnok.com and claim the refund as per terms agreed with company .*
